Who We Are
The Patriot Pig was developed out of necessity. Our staff loves barbecue, and as a veteran owned and operated business, the military has given us the opportunity to travel to some of the best barbecue locations across the America. New York’s Fleet Week led to Brooklyn’s underrated barbecue scene, Hawaii – where Pig Roasts are an everyday culture, Texas – where brisket is to be taken as serious as Jesus, and Georgia – where lessons of a true southern style barbecue were daily. The Patriot Pig was selfishly formed so we can bring to you, the lessons learned, the methods used and the experiences gained to culminate what we now know as “the best southern style BBQ north of the Mason-Dixon”.

Serving delicious barbecue in an atmosphere where good times and memories are made, our meats are locally sourced and we season them with The Patriot Pig rubs and sauces which gives events added spice and flavor. We cook all types of barbecue, if you ask for it; we will do everything we can to get it. Apart from that, we can cater events regardless of the time or day.
